It seems Mediterranean cuisine is open to various interpretations. Others see the cuisine as being characterized by those ingredients fitting into the Mediterranean Diet, which uses vegetables and olive oil. For Noor, Burgos Circle's newest Mediterranean restaurant, it's more of a lifestyle. Fusing all the influences from the 30 countries in Mediterranean region, Chef Or Hakmimi recreates bold dishes so everyone can enjoy lunch set meals and dinner than the usual.

Start enticing your palette by taking sips from their specialty cocktails. Gypsy Mango (Rum, Organic Mango Liquor, Fresh Mango and Cilantro), Cinnamon Fashion (Old Fashioned with a twist), and Noor (Gin, Fresh Basil, Cucumber Fresh Lemon, Juice, and Tonic Water). Then go straight to their delish plates.
The Moroccan Shrimp and Cauliflower has an addicting factor that comes from the flavor. The shrimps are sat on a bed of tzatziki sauce (Greek yogurt with garlic, cucumber, mint, and Spanish vinegar) and perfectly placed over some charred eggplant. It's a perfect dipping experience when you want your nude shrimps dipping to some bold, creamy, sauce. The deep fried Cauliflower is evenly coated with special Caesar aioli to make it become your pleasurable tangy sweet veggie bites.
Noor's version of Shawarma Tacos are enjoyed in 3 flavors: Chicken, Mushroom, and Fish. In the first weeks of operation, Noor only serves dinner, but realizing that their selections are potentially able to expand their market, offering lunch will make it better. At any time of the day, Shawarma Tacos are just perfect.

Expect Lamb Baklava's dense and full lamb's ground beef, enveloped by crispy filo dough.

Check out Noor's Facebook and Instagram accounts and get ready to fulfill your Mediterranean cravings. Visit Noor at Unit F 133 Forbeswood Heights, Burgos Circle, BGC, Taguig. Opens daily from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 m.n.
